Cancun - Mexico -
- 64 Votes
Isla Blanca is a peninsula in the Caribbean, with turquoise, undulating waters on one side and an endless, shallow lagoon on the other.
It is located just over an hour from Cancun airport and 30 minutes from the city center.
From the city center, you can reach this beautiful, untouched land that is home to birds and only a handful of kitesurfers.
Isla Blanca is a true kitesurfer's paradise, a quiet idyll away from the tourist resorts and the noisy city life and busy tourist resorts.
The wind direction doesn't matter, you can ride La Punta (a spot that looks like a page out of a travel catalog) almost every day.
The conditions are perfect for everyone; beginners enjoy the steady wind and the
and the shallow water, which saves a lot of swimming and carrying, while advanced riders can
can learn new tricks and fall on the water without fear of rocks, trees or waves,
