New Online Booking Process
A new online booking process is now available for the Assistant, Instructor and Assistant Trainer courses. Many centers are already using and loving the ease of this new system.
The Old System
Since the very beginning of IKO the old system has been used successfully, yet an upgrade was long overdue. The older system will still be active and used by certain regions like Morocco for example, where the access to credit cards or PayPal is not available, and for when a last-minute physical booking occurs.
The old system requires more work from the Center as you must be checking your school profile to be in contact with each candidate, handle their questions and IKO’s fee at the end. Centers must be checking their online profiles weekly; as you are not notified of Training Inquiries by email.

The New Method
We have upgraded the booking process to ease the work on centers by handling candidates reservations, initial deposits and candidates questions. Additionally with the new online booking; once a candidate books online, they will receive instant access to the course content to begin preparing for the course which gives them a head start on the training.
Centers can easily track online how many seats are already booked, avoid repetitive questions from the candidates and the need for the center to wire or pay invoices from the IKO. The last step as a center with the new process is to welcome your new candidates and inform them of any special rules that may apply in your center.
We highly recommend that you enable the online booking now to save yourself time and energy!
